Understanding Parental Stress & Finding Calm

Parenting can feel overwhelming at times — not just because of our children, but because of what we carry within ourselves.

This 3-part workshop series is designed to help you understand your stress, reflect on how it impacts your relationships, and move towards greater calm and connection at home.

Led by Vandana Bhatt, an Emotional Intelligence Coach, and certified Shadow Work Coach (IPHM), as well as a parent of an 18-year-old on the spectrum this is a safe, relatable space for parents navigating the emotional journey of raising a child on the spectrum.

Limited seats | Starting 2nd May | Every Saturday 10:00 AM
